Getting access

Sign in, complete your adult learner profile and wait for your coordinator to approve access. Your courses appear when you are assigned to them and the course is opened. An empty course list does not mean your work has been lost.

Quizzes and coursework

Quiz answers are saved as you work. Check the save message before leaving the page. A timed attempt has a server-enforced deadline; reconnect and reopen the attempt if your connection drops. When time expires, the last saved answers are used. Marks appear according to the teacher’s feedback-release setting.

Assignments can be saved as drafts. Select Submit when ready. A submitted assignment is locked until your teacher reopens it. PDF, plain-text, PNG and JPEG uploads up to 10 MB are supported.

Discussion and feedback

Keep discussion relevant and respectful. Teachers can close a thread or hide a post. Published feedback appears with your coursework; unreleased marking notes remain with the teacher.

Account and sign-in

Use your @ti-ratana.org Google Workspace account. Your account identifies you across services that adopt the same sign-in; course and staff permissions are granted separately. Manage your password through Google. For access, corrections, or account recovery, contact education@ti-ratana.org.

Language and accessibility

Current lessons and interface text are in English. You may save Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese as your preferred communication language; this does not translate a lesson. Readable text accompanies the presentation view. Reduced-motion settings are respected.
